Pre-season is properly underway at Europa. The first team were back in training on Monday, and this week the club has been busy reshaping the squad ahead of the 26/27 campaign in Primera Federación – Grupo II.

The main incoming news today is the arrival of Albert Tolosa, a 22-year-old midfielder who joins from Sabadell, where he spent last season splitting time between the first team and the reserve side. Looks like a sensible addition in the middle of the park. On the same day, the club confirmed that Àlex Pla will not be continuing — another departure to add to a list that's been growing through the week.

Earlier in the week, Sergi Serrat committed for another year, signing through to 2027, which is good to have sorted. But there have been some notable exits too. Flere leaves after 73 official matches across two seasons — one of the bigger names out the door. Guillem Rodríguez also departs after 52 appearances, with the club paying tribute to what he brought both on and off the pitch. And Meshak has been transferred to Nàstic de Tarragona, with the two clubs reaching an agreement for the Gabonese midfielder.

The notes also flag a couple of things worth knowing: Marc Anglès and Guillem Cardelús have been promoted from the academy to the first-team squad, which is always a good sign for the club's development work. And members voted — 63% in favour from just under a thousand votes — to play home matches at Can Dragó next season.

No fixtures have been published yet, so we'll have to wait on the pre-season schedule. Plenty of squad movement still to come, no doubt.
